My mandalas are all free hand done with line sketching to create the outline and the colors are very carefully done to fill in the shading and with strokes line by line slowly done to finish each area.  

The essential tremors I deal with effect the messy lines and inaccurate overlap.  I hope you enjoy the colorful pieces.

Artist Statement

These are submitted from the work in Open Studio each Monday.  Most of these are in colored markers.  Some you will see are in colored pencils and involve a great deal more time.  They are each designed to be relaxing.  You decide which ones work for you.

Open Studio gave me the opportunity to be creative and these are the results of my work. Nothing special to inspire the creation, just what ever my hand decides to put on the paper and the results are quite varied even though I worry about doing the same thing over and over.
